PURE AQUA CLEAN TERMS OF USE

Scheduling: Cleans are carried out either every 4 or 8 weeks depending on your quotation. However, your clean may be re-planned for holidays etc and the exact day or week may vary.

Appointments: We pride ourselves on being regular and reliable and your respect for this is appreciated too. You will receive text and email reminders as soon as they are scheduled. All jobs are scheduled the day before, so if for any reason you need to reschedule your clean, you need to contact us via email or call the same day as your reminder appointment message. The day of the appointment or once we turn up to carry out your clean, is too late. We are unable to schedule alternative work and we reserve the right to charge you full price for the clean if you do not provide sufficient notice.

Accessing Your Property: Access must be available on the day. If we cannot access your property, we will clean as many windows as possible and charge accordingly. Repeated failure to provide access will result in the following decision being made at our discretion: either full payment will be charged and/or your service will be cancelled without further warning.

Payments: If paying by card then your payment will be taken once the clean has been completed. If paying by Direct Debit, this will be collected 3 working days after each clean has been completed. The exact date will be confirmed by email after each payment has been processed. Payments are protected by the Direct Debit Guarantee.

Clean Guarantee: Your clean is guaranteed for 24 hours regardless of weather conditions – if you have any issues, please get in touch asap.

Ending Your Service: You can cancel at any time by providing 28 days’ notice by email or text message. If your next clean isn’t scheduled within this time your cancellation will be immediate. If it falls before your 28 day note period your appointment will go ahead and will be terminated once your final payment has been received.

Insurance: We are fully insured up to £2 million in the event we may be liable for any damage to your property, because of our service or equipment. This is underwritten and arranged by Simply Business. Please ask if you wish to see our Insurance Certificate.
