What methods of cleaning do you use?For all external cleaning we use Purified Water via a Water Fed Pole. We also use the same Pure Water when cleaning internally but using the traditional method.

What is the difference between Pure Water and Tap Water?In Norfolk we live in a hard water area. This means that our tap water, even though it has been cleaned, still contains impurities and a build-up of solids and contaminants. That is why, if you spray water on your windows from your outside tap, when it dries it leaves water marks. Not something you want if you like clean, clear windows! The solution, Pure Water. Pure water is tap water that has been passed through a series of filters and then pumped through a deionisation vessel containing resin. This removes the solids in the water and polishes the water producing pure water that when used to clean your windows, leaves them perfectly clean and sparkling. If you want to see the machine that does this, just ask to look in the back of the van.

How much does it cost?Our prices start from £15, which is our minimum charge for window cleaning. You can gain an Instant Quote which will consider various factors. If you have photos of your property, you can upload these as well. For first time cleans there is an extra one-off cost of £5, this allows us the extra time to complete the work to our standards. Most times, we find a first clean will take almost double the amount of time and effort. Should you use our Instant Quote and have questions as to the pricing, please give us a call and we can discuss it further and arrange a time to visit the property.

What gets cleaned when you clean my windows?As standard, your frames, windows and sills are cleaned, every time.

How regularly do I need my windows cleaning?We advise a cleaning schedule every 4-8 weeks to ensure that your windows are kept in the optimum condition. We do advise customers on busy main roads that a 4 weekly clean would perhaps suit them best, as the windows are really affected by the dirt created from the road.

Can I book a one off clean?Yes, you can. In general, ad hoc cleans are twice the cost of a 4-weekly clean. This is because these cleans usually take longer to complete and get to the standard that we work to.

How do I know when you are coming to clean?You will receive a confirmation email the evening before your window are due. We can also offer a text message reminder if you prefer this. This message is then a reminder to ensure that there is access to the front and back of your property on the day of the clean from 8am.

What if I don’t want a clean on a particular day?Unfortunately, we are not able to cater for specific days as you will be placed in rotation with other nearby customers. If you need to postpone your clean for any reason, please contact us by email as soon as possible. Cancellations made on the day of your appointment are too late and we may charge you full price for a missed clean. Please see our Terms of Service for further information on scheduling. You will receive these at the time of your quote.

Do you offer internal window cleaning?Yes, we do. Customers tend to have this service once every 2-3 months. All we ask is that before we are due, the windows and sills are completely clear and there are no obstructions. We will ensure that your surfaces are fully protected and that our footwear is covered to protect your floors and other surfaces while we are cleaning. Please give us a call if you would like to request this additional service.

Do you clean windows in the rain?Yes, we do. As we use Pure Water this means that we are still able to clean and not leave any water marks. The only time we will postpone your windows is if there is torrential rain or snow on the ground.

How do I pay?Payment can be made by card or Direct Debit, when you accept your quote, you are able to choose and set this up. Your payment will only be processed once your clean has been completed and you will always be notified by email once we have charged you. We do not under any circumstances accept cash or bank transfer. Payment services are provided by Stripe Ltd and Go Cardless on behalf of us.

Can you provide an invoice?We will always send you a ‘Paid’ watermarked invoice by email as soon as your payment has been processed. You can then print this for your records.

What if I am not happy with my clean?We are proud of the quality of the service we provide and guarantee that you will be too. If for any reason you do not love your cleaned windows, then please contact us within 24 hours of your clean and we will schedule you another clean, completely free of charge.

Can I cancel anytime?To make the most out of the service that we offer, we hope that you will be able to commit for as long as you can. However, we understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may mean that you need to cancel your cleaning schedule. If this is the case, all we ask is that you let us know by email and then we can arrange this. To close an account, the balance will need to be up to date, with no payments outstanding. Once we have processed your request we will let you know by email and text.
